About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment at KFC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking
