Job Summary

Techrooters Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 37.5 hours per week
