At Beleva Support Services, we are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and preparing reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in English and have excellent communication skills.
