Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our strategic financial planning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive short-term and long-term budgets, capital planning, and forecasting. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, identifying opportunities to optimize budgeting processes and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial models, scenarios, and driver-based financial analysis
  • Lead corporate financial planning, budget analysis, and special projects
  • Deliver high-impact financial analysis and reports that empower business decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and Board members to present complex financial information

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and a university degree in business, finance, or economics, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial administration, budgeting, and analysis
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information
