Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Promote TD Bank's products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive results.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
