Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Nanaimo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
    • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and products as necessary.
  • Business Development
    • Support the achievement of business objectives by promoting TD Bank's products and services to clients.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Contribute to the growth and success of our business by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our business.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
