Job Summary:

The Front Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office, providing exceptional guest service, and managing Front Office operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all aspects of Front Office operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  2. Manage guest arrivals, departures, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
  3. Assist in scheduling staff and managing productivity levels to meet business needs.
  4. Participate in budget planning and yield management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  5. Act as a member of the Primary Emergency Response Team and follow emergency procedures to ensure guest and employee safety.

Requirements:

  • Two years of supervisory experience in Front Office.
  • High guest service orientation with the ability to lead employees to achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
