Job Summary
At Exit New Westminster, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compiling data, statistics and other information.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
