Job Title: Technical Sales Representative - Spectro Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients, cultivating enduring relationships, and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and enhance the company's global presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase customer engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and create strategies to address them.
  • Ensure company quotas are met by setting objectives and tracking progress through daily check-ins with the sales team.
  • Sell Spectro battery devices into the automotive and stationary battery markets.
  • Attend conferences, exhibit our technologies, and deliver presentations on our innovations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience managing sales in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of success throughout the sales process.
  • Ability to build a strong network and establish enduring client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Able to travel to assigned territory as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
