Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients, cultivating enduring relationships, and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and enhance the company's global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and create strategies to address them.
- Ensure company quotas are met by setting objectives and tracking progress through daily check-ins with the sales team.
- Identify and generate new leads, establish and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth.
- Sell Spectro battery devices into the automotive and stationary battery markets.
- Attend conferences, exhibit our technologies, and deliver presentations on our innovations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years' experience managing sales in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of success throughout the sales process.
- Ability to build a strong network and establish enduring client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Able to travel to assigned territory as needed.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
