You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Oversee payroll administration
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- On-site work required, with no option to work remotely
