We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel and accommodations;
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including meeting minutes and action items;
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of materials and equipment;
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Salary:

The salary for this role is $45,000 per year, based on a 35-40 hour work week.
