Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at GP North Shell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales tasks to team members and monitor their progress
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Sell merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales team members
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
