Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at GP North Shell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and training to enhance sales skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
