Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at GP North Shell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth, working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
As a Sales Supervisor at GP North Shell, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to travel to other store locations as needed.
