Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at GP North Shell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales workers are meeting their targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that it is accurately tracked and reported.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively is essential.
