Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance and Analytics Leader to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our Marketing organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an integrated roadmap for all aspects of data and analytics risk governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of marketing data.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) to define Enterprise Marketing's data governance, analytics, and risk management frameworks.
  • Design and implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data governance, analytics, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality, and data security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
