Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with clients to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs. Your expertise in statistical and machine learning algorithms, combined with your strong project management skills, will enable you to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics projects, ensuring timely and sustainable delivery
  • Communicate complex analytics insights to senior management and business stakeholders, highlighting the business value of our solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics solutions that drive business value
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms, with experience in applying these techniques to real-world problems
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics tools like R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data systems, such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive, is a plus
