Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solutions
  • Present analytics findings to senior management and business teams, highlighting the value of our solutions
  • Work with Data Science teams to embed analytics outputs into business processes
  • Communicate complex issues simply and orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in data analytics
  • Domain expertise in Healthcare is essential
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and MS Office skills, with a good understanding of data science concepts
  • Ability to engage with Executive/VP-level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Graduate Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience
