Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead Verification Engineer to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team responsible for certifying aircraft Electronic Engine Controllers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure technical quality of deliverables, reviewing and validating team output.
  • Define work packages and manage suppliers for outsourced activities.
  • Develop and implement software verification processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts focusing on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients on technical matters.
  • Provide weekly status updates and workload assessments to the Project Manager.
  • Identify and provide team training.
  • Contribute to company development through involvement in technical and commercial proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Verification & Validation of Embedded Software in a DO178B or DO178C environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead, with expertise in team follow-up, reporting, team building, motivation, training, and coaching.
  • Knowledge of software tools SCADE, Matlab/Simulink, C, C++, Microsoft Office, DOORS, SVN, Mantis.
  • Ability to isolate and troubleshoot hardware, system, and software problems.
  • Bilingual - French/English.
