Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Management: Open and distribute mail and other materials, ensuring timely delivery to relevant parties.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members, maintaining accurate records and notifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone calls, electronic enquiries, and in-person requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage digital databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Google Drive, and Electronic Mail.
Work Environment

This role requires working independently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
