The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Banking team, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, answer product and banking inquiries, resolve issues, and perform proactive account maintenance while delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels of communication.

You will collaborate daily with Digital Operations, IT Operations, Global Security & Marketing teams to ensure a high level of service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer product and banking inquiries, provide information on products and services, and assist with transactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisor or other teams as necessary.
  • Perform proactive account maintenance, including monitoring and updating customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to own an issue and drive to resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with professionals at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
