Restaurant Operations Manager

At Mountain road Pizzeria Inc., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality control standards. You will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Additionally, you will prepare and submit reports to management. If you have a client-focused approach, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
