Restaurant Operations Manager

Mama's Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and food costs to ensure profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and customer service.
