Restaurant Operations Manager

Mama's Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Staff Management: Supervise staff, train staff, and recruit staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong leadership skills.
