We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Indish Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including setting staff work schedules, balancing cash and completing balance sheets, and enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Language: English
