Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for consistently executing on daily activities to hit meeting targets, understanding prospects' needs, and effectively communicating how Maximizer will help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently execute on daily activities to hit meeting targets (Calls, emails, social selling).
- Understand the prospects' needs and effectively communicate how Maximizer will help.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate on how to hand off qualified sales opportunities.
- Provide detailed and accurate view of progress towards quota
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Help define and improve marketing and sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a related role, including cold-calling
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS a plus
- Self-starter, highly detail-oriented, quick learner, able to think on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approach.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and adjust as needed.
- Expert communicator, both verbal and written.

Maximizer was launched in a garage on Vancouver Island, evolving through the development of early contact management systems (CMS), through sales force automation (SFA) technologies, right to today's sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
