Inventory Control Specialist

At KU-AN Services Incorporated, we are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining computerized stock inventory, ordering stock, recording incoming stock, and stocking shelves and display areas. This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, requiring excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels, orders, and inventory movements.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Process stock orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring prompt delivery to customers.
- Ensure that all stock is properly stored, organized, and rotated to minimize waste and maximize shelf life.
- Clean and maintain the stockroom area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 23 kg/50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- A competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
