Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Inventory Team as an Inventory Coordination Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sorting, documentation, and movement of damaged products within our Inventory Calgary Damage Area (ICDA).

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a hands-on approach, including physically managing inventory and ensuring smooth workflow within the damage area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Product Documentation & Processing: Sort and document damaged products arriving at the ICDA, facilitate product assessment, cleaning, and transfer to clearance, coordinate with the shop for any required servicing.
  • Paperwork & System Updates: Complete and process paperwork for product movements, maintain and update the SWEET system for accurate tracking, handle requests from Service Support and update product status.
