Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee inventory control and staff management at Arirang Oriental Foods. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating worker activities, resolving customer issues, and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise grocery clerks and shelf stockers.
  • Order merchandise in a timely manner to meet sales demands.
  • Authorize returns and ensure that products are restocked efficiently.
  • Establish work schedules to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and personnel reports to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement strategies to reduce waste and overstocking.

Employment Details:

  • This is a full-time position with a permanent work term.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work approximately 30-40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary work language.
