About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Innovation Homes Development Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Office Operations
    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations
    • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
