Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Pronto R J's Convenience Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: The Administrative Officer will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Delegate Work to Office Support Staff: The successful candidate will delegate work to office support staff to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish Work Priorities: The Administrative Officer will establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer Records: The successful candidate will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate Office Services: The Administrative Officer will coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Prepare Reports: The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee Office Administrative Procedures: The Administrative Officer will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
