This is a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with site supervisors and managers to develop and implement operational strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating logistics and supplies for site operations
- Developing and maintaining accurate records of employee information and communications
- Providing top-notch customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assisting with recruitment activities and ensuring site-specific training and certifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of experience in operations coordination or scheduling
- Class 5 BC Driver's License and ability to provide a clean driver's abstract
- BC Security License is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize information in a fast-paced environment
