About Us:

Skyrise Restoration & Waterproofing specializes in leak detection, waterproofing, and comprehensive building restoration services. We take pride in our quality and efficiency, working closely with top property management companies in Vancouver.

The Role:

We're seeking a part-time Office Administrator to handle daily administrative tasks and support our team. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming emails, calls, and work orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate scheduling with clients and crew members.
  • Prepare documents, estimates, and reports using provided templates.
  • Maintain organized files and assist with invoicing and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate clear communication between team members and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a construction or restoration setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Hubspot CRM (additional training will be provided).
  • Must submit a DISC assessment result (free version) along with a resume and a short paragraph on why you're the right fit.
