Job Summary
- This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours/week, with a 3-month contract initially. There is potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our Controller/CORP Secty, focusing on administrative, accounting, and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.
- Support financial transactions, including daily banking, wire transfers, and accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, reconciliations, and records.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in senior administration or executive assistance.
- Strong accounting skills, including accounts payable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
