Job Responsibilities:
  • Create work orders and arrange bookings, communicating them to technicians
  • Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow-up
  • Make proactive calls to customers to gauge their satisfaction level with the service received
  • Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel, and mechanical service to customers
  • Evaluate all products billed accurately to the customer and process necessary information in the computer system
  • Keep promotional material updated in the showroom
  • Participate in safety initiatives to ensure safety at Fountain Tire for customers and staff
  • Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhere to standards and policies described in learning modules
  • Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
