Job Description

As a Senior Banking and Financial Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing complex business issues for clients and developing comprehensive business solutions that precisely align with organizational requirements.
  • Designing, building, developing, and optimizing business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Leading strategic projects and taking ownership of defining, orchestrating, and delivering complex projects.
  • Cultivating and deepening relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Guiding a team of professionals during project implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, or Data Sciences.
  • 5-8 years of experience in consulting and/or banking services.
  • Experience in planning and tracking projects, comfortable working with executive stakeholders, and possessing superior communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
