About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric professional who can connect with people in a relatable way. As a Senior Investment and Personal Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout the customer's journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' financial goals and preferences, analyzing their needs and recommending tailored strategies and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, focusing on delivering a great client experience and growing long-standing relationships.
- Provide a full range of customized financial solutions using a financial planning approach.
- A minimum of two years of related experience selling investment and credit products.
- Demonstrated sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank effectively.
- The ability to build strong relationships focused on providing a great client experience and growing relationships with existing customers.
