We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Job DescriptionThe Administrative Director will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 people, coordinating office services, overseeing administrative procedures, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of office support staff
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Oversight of payroll administration, including preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assist in the preparation of periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry and train staff as needed
- Oversight of office administrative procedures, ensuring they are followed and deadlines are met
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as an administrative director or equivalent role
- College/CEGEP education
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
