Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Smart Harvest Foods Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

About You:

  • You have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • You have a strong understanding of operational procedures, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence
  1. Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
  2. Monitor revenues and determine labor costs to ensure optimal profit margins.
  3. Plan and organize daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and supply chain management.
  4. Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Staff Management
  1. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  2. Schedule staff accordingly to meet business demands and minimize labor costs.
  3. Maintain open communication channels with staff to address concerns and feedback.
Customer Service
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

  • Recruiting newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Supporting newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.

Support for Indigenous People
