Job Overview

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position working 36 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide personalized care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Caregiving Tasks: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Take patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse readings.
  • Supply Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Certification Maintenance: Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, such as First Aid and CPR.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification.
Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
