Sales Team Lead

Browns Shoes is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset
