Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Kevin Shay Sales Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our retail store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, including training and development.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
