As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menu offerings, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

About the Role:
The Restaurant Operations Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial planning. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of foodservice operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits by optimizing food costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
  • Develop budgets to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu preparation, inventory management, and staffing schedules.
  • Supervise staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking inventory levels.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • A strong understanding of foodservice operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and financial planning.
