Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Support:
    • Lead the configuration and ongoing maintenance of HCM modules, supervisory organizations, and business processes.

  • Workday Implementation and Optimization:
    • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HCM Workday modules.

  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Manage employee and contingent worker data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Process Enhancement:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience with Workday HCM.
  • Proven track record in managing Workday implementations and enhancements with a deep understanding of HR procedures and policies.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in problem-solving, with a focus on improving HR processes and data accuracy.
  • A self-starter and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects while optimizing business processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.
