About the Role

The Project Manager will serve as the liaison between multiple departments, ensuring the seamless execution of projects. This individual will be highly organized and coordinate internal resources to achieve flawless project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, execute, support, and report on multiple projects, providing real-time updates and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress, define project tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Liaise with the Procurement team to ensure technical aspects, deliverables, and deadlines are understood and met.
  • Manage relationships with domestic and international teams, customers, and suppliers through efficient communication, expectations management, and trust promotion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management in a manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Engineering or Technologist background is required.
  • Experience working within Original Equipment Manufacturers is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, work team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to promote accountability at all levels.
  • An energetic, diligent work ethic and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools and quality-related software.
  • Able to travel within Canada, the USA, and internationally, as required.
