About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Director to lead our brand strategy and creative team in the coffee industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand vision that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Job Summary

The Senior Brand Director will oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies across all touchpoints, including advertising, social media, digital marketing, and events. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Brand Leadership: Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of brand strategists, designers, and writers to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and oversight to ensure consistency and quality across all brand communications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis and reporting on brand performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-channel brand marketing within the CPG/Food & Beverage industry.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Advanced experience with digital analytics and reporting technology.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed project plans, specifications, and reports.
  • Proven track record of lifting brand awareness, penetrating new markets, and driving growth.
  • Experience in crafting compelling storytelling through design – copywriting skills considered an asset.
  • Strong Art Direction and image retouching skills.
  • Deep understanding of how all social media channels perform, and how to build out branded campaigns within these platforms.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
