Sales Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our global sales efforts for Imaging and Monitoring Sonars (IMO) worldwide. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global IMO Sonar sales department and develop sales and pricing strategies.
  • Formulate annual budgets and strategies in line with our ambitious vision.
  • Actively engage in sales efforts, representing the company effectively.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships for high satisfaction.
  • Leverage external market representatives to expand our influence.

Requirements:

  • Highly customer focused.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant field.
  • Background within or experience with civil engineering operations.
  • Experience in leading and managing people effectively.
  • Relevant application knowledge.
  • Understanding of the IMO market and relevant technologies.
  • Proven sales experience within the field.
  • Fluent oral and written English skills.
