Strategic Sales Director

H.E.A.T Academy is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of marketing messages and strategic planning.
The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Additionally, the candidate will determine strategic planning related to new product lines, establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years or more of experience, and be fluent in English. They will be organized, able to provide customer service, and have experience in recruiting, organizing, training, and managing staff.
