About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the smooth delivery of care services
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective care plans
  • Administering and recording medication, as well as carrying out risk assessments to ensure resident safety
  • Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and improve our care services

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A good understanding of care planning processes and a willingness to undertake training on administering medication
  • A natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling, with a strong desire to put residents at the heart of everything you do
